Born in Mont-Laurier, Guy has been a stockbroker in Montréal
for 35 years. Knowing the region very well, he will under any
situation provide you with all the necessary services and information
to make your holiday and your stay at the Provincialart a memorable
experience.
Whatever
your holiday planning might be, Guy will provide you with a package
suited to your needs, taking into account the current seasonal
activities in the area. As right hand of the chef, Diane, he’ll
attend the tables, offer you a courteous service and make your
evening a pleasant experience.

Diane concocts tasty, flavoursome and varied dishes
Having lived in different countries before and after completing
her University degree, she picked up many savorinesses abroad.
A retired teacher, she created an international cooking course
for teenagers at the International School. She is in a constant
quest to improve on her already imposing display of recipes. She’ll
be pleased to tickle your taste buds with some new exotic dishes.

Following
the rhythm of the seasons, the Provincialart offers you a mixed
worldly cuisine in a warm and peaceful surrounding. Everything
is homemade and the dinner menu that we proposed daily will surely
satisfy everyone. During the warm season, the home biological
vegetable garden and the daily picked wild berries are part all
the courses from soup to dessert. All year long, the Provincialart
jams and preserves are offered at every four courses breakfast.
